Title: Admin Services Coordinator Pay Rate: $28.00 Per Hour Hours: 9-5 (3 days/week) Location: 110 E 9th Street Suite A200 Los Angeles, CA 90079 Assignment Duration: 2 months Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Admin support for leasing department. Day to Day Task | What you'll need: - Providing strong administrative support - Assisting clients and conducting office tours - Drafting proposals, filing, uploading files, and preparing LOIs - Managing Excel spreadsheets and printing documents - Conducting some market research - Setting up meetings and supporting general office operations - Greeting visitors and handling inquiries - Ensuring attention to detail in all tasks - Performing other administrative duties as needed - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain professional business relationships. Must have strong grammar, clear writing ability, and polished communication style. - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow them through to completion. - Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and support multiple projects. - Proficiency with office equipment including computers, copiers, scanners, printers, and calculators. - General math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups. Software Skills Basic computer functions Proficiency in software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator. Years of experience: at least 1-2 year of experience in Admin - Fashion or real estate background preferred. Education: College graduate preferred Interview process: 1 virtual and/or 1 in-person
