At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.3 years of lead experienceMinimum possession of a bachelor's degree4+ years System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) ExperienceApplying SDLC methodologies to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirementsEliciting, defining, and documenting business, user, functional, transition, implementation, and system requirements4+ years Complex Requirements Documentation & Lead BA ExperienceCreating and applying requirement documentation standards (RTMs, as is/to be diagrams, use cases, user stories, narrative descriptions)5+ years of Stakeholder EngagementWorking directly with end users in a production support environmentFacilitating, collaborating, and negotiating with stakeholders at all levels, including executives1+ years of experience supporting State/Federal government agency projectsFamiliar with PAL (Project Approval Lifecycle) or similar process
