Together, we work on achieving consistent, meaningful progress that leads to lasting positive change.Role DescriptionThis is a position for a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in the Greater McMinn and Athens area. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Day-to-day tasks include one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and collaborating closely with team members, families, and caregivers. The RBT will also play a key role in coaching caregivers to foster positive behavioral outcomes and improve daily living skills for children with autism or developmental challenges.QualificationsProficient in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and individualized behavior intervention strategiesSkilled in data collection, reporting, and analyzing progress metricsEffective communication and collaboration with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teamsDedicated to trauma-informed care and promoting respect, dignity, and empathyCertified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Experience working with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities is preferredAbility to adapt to different environments, including homes, schools, and community settingsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatoryA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site sessions and community work
