Job Description SaturationLocation: Durant, OK 74071 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime opportunities may be available.Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabricator B - Saturation for a manufacturing company in Durant, OK. This position supports the production of absorber materials and will be responsible for assisting with saturation processes, loading and unloading ovens, applying tiles, and helping maintain a safe and productive work environment.Fabricator Responsibilities:Assist with saturation machine operations during production.Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently.Apply tiles in the designated production area.Bale scrap and support cleanup of work areas.Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.Support additional fabrication and production duties as assigned.Saturation Qualifications & Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed throughout the shift.Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and perform physical duties for extended periods.Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, heat, and cold exposure.Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.Forklift certification is a plus.Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well in a team environment.Why Work with Us?
