PC LAN Technician - State Client

Job Title: PC LAN Technician I - State client Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003 (Onsite) Duration: 4+ Months Contract Schedule: 40 Hours/Week Travel: Up to 10% within the local area Job Summary Seeking a PC LAN Technician to support a large-scale desktop refresh project. Responsibilities include deploying and imaging Windows PCs/laptops, setting up workstations and peripherals, replacing hardware, troubleshooting basic technical issues, tracking assets, updating tickets, and providing onsite end-user support. Required Skills 3+ years of desktop support or PC deployment experience Windows desktop/laptop deployment and imaging Hardware setup, replacement, and peripheral installation Basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity) Strong customer service and communication skills Experience with ticketing and documentation Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one) Preferred Skills Desktop refresh or hardware deployment projects SCCM, MDT, Intune, Autopilot, or similar deployment tools Active Directory and basic networking Asset management/inventory tracking Enterprise or government IT support experience Education: High School Diploma or GED #ST1 Enterprise Solutions Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
