Maintenance Supervisor

The work setting is stable and collaborative, with an emphasis on trust, discretion, and long-term relationships.Role Description The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Orem, UT, responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations across the estate. This role includes planning and assigning daily tasks, supervising maintenance staff and vendors, and ensuring timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance.Qualifications Candidates should have multiple years of experience as a General Contractor or Maintenance Supervisor with Technician experience. Must have or can get contractors license and be able to provide liability insurance. Candidates should be familiar with all aspects of building maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to: carpentey, plumbing, HVAC, electrical (including 3-phase and 480v systems), irrigation pump systems, low voltage controls, and swimming pool care (including heaters, pumps and chemical testing). Candidates must be able to direct the work of other empolyees, and manage the day to day upkeep, as well as handle emergency repairs. A knowledge of security, door access, gate access, networking and high voltage back-up electrical systems is a plus.
