Are you organized, efficient, and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Join our back-of-house team and help us prepare the fresh, quality ingredients that keep our guests coming back. What You'll Do: • Prep fresh ingredients (fruits, vegetables, meats, etc.) for daily service • Follow food safety guidelines and portion control standards • Keep prep areas clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift • Assist cooks with basic kitchen tasks like assembling dishes or setting up line items • Properly label, date, and store food items according to company procedures • Help with unloading deliveries and stocking supplies • Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures What We're Looking For: • Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety • Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude • Dependable and punctual — we rely on you to keep things moving • No previous kitchen experience required — we'll train the right person!
