Job FamilyManagement ConsultingTravel RequiredUp to 10%Clearance RequiredAbility to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will DoThe Review Team Manager (RTM) is responsible for leading a team of 10 or more junior staffers in supporting a large federal agency in expanding an existing program integrity initiative to include states. The RTM will leverage their experience and expertise in the Affordable Care Act, specifically with State-Based Exchanges and health insurance markets and exchanges to:Advise the client on establishing and solidifying program requirementsConfigure processes, templates, and toolsConduct outreach to educate states on program requirements and their roleCollect, ingest, and analyze state data to inform data collection processes and requirementsConduct limited reviews of state Affordable Care Act applications to inform production review processesProvide recommendations to inform implementation of the expanded programWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s degree5-7+ years of relevant experience, at least 2 in a management capacityExperience working in or knowledge of the Affordable Care Act, specifically State-Based Exchanges and health insurance markets and exchangesAbility to oversee multiple concurrent workstreamsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong stakeholder management skills and experienceWhat Would Be Nice To HaveExperience working with states, particularly state-based exchanges or agencies that provide health services to citizensAbility to navigate ambiguity and provide clear guidance, direction, and structure to the teamFlexibility and agility to respond to changing requirements in a dynamic environmentThe annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
