Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical oversight of instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and industrial network systemsEnsure alignment between process, electrical, mechanical, and automation systemsReview and approve engineering designs, control philosophies, and vendor deliverablesSupport procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activitiesAct as the main escalation point for complex I&C and automation issuesEnsure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory standards What We’re Looking ForDegree in Electrical, Automation, Instrumentation & Controls Engineering, or related fieldProven experience in industrial, water, wastewater, or desalination facilitiesStrong knowledge of PLC/SCADA-based process control systemsExperience with automation integration, commissioning, and industrial networksBackground in EPC or design-build projects preferredDesalination or advanced water treatment experience is a plusAcciona offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance where relocation is required and approved, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability benefits, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and more.
