What You’ll DoAssess and develop suppliers to meet global standards.Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) and VAVE initiatives.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other automotive quality standards.Design and validate quality assurance testing methods.Execute and interpret complex quality tests to ensure conformance.Support and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).Engage with stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and performance. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.3 years of experience in supplier quality, procurement, or supply chain.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supplier management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Analytical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
