In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data to provide valuable insights for our company. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that will help drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, marketing, and customer dataDevelop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics toolsIdentify patterns and trends in data and provide insights to inform business decisionsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutionsDevelop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and accuracyCommunicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations and presentationsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar roleStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIExperience with statistical analysis and predictive modelingKnowledge of data management, data warehousing, and data mining techniquesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentReal estate industry experience is a plusWhy Join Us?At Jonesbororealtycompany, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
