Lead Dispatch

A1 Garage is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead the daily dispatch team, optimize technician schedules, and ensure efficient shift coverage. This hands-on leader will coach dispatchers, monitor KPIs, and escalate complex issues to the Dispatch Assistant Manager. You will oversee day-to-day dispatch operations, support onboarding and training, and collaborate across Dispatch, Technicians, Customer Service, and Leadership to keep operations moving smoothly.
