Our Complex Care Center at Cape Coral Hospital brings together a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced treatments, including infusion therapy, wound care, and provider-based services - all focused on improving outcomes and enhancing the patient experience.This unique care model helps reduce hospitalizations, streamline treatment plans, and ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.Key Responsibilities:Perform and document clinical tasks, including wound care (such as wound VAC management), treatments, and medication administration, under the direction of a Registered NurseAssist in collecting and documenting patient health data in accordance with established policiesCollaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective, and efficient patient careSupport care coordination for patients with complex and chronic conditionsDeliver patient-centered care that reflects sensitivity to age, cultural diversity, and individual needsContribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of customer serviceWhat This Position Requires:Education:Graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing required.Experience:None required.
