Then we would love to have you join us!The Director, Global Market Access – Distributor Markets is responsible for enabling effective market access and pricing execution across Genmab’s distributor-led geographies. This role focuses on translating global market access and pricing strategies into practical, scalable approaches for distributor markets, ensuring consistent application of global pricing guidance and safeguarding pricing integrity across diverse environments. Working in close partnership with Global Market Access Product Leads, this role ensures that distributor market considerations are reflected in global asset strategies, while enabling fit-for-purpose execution aligned with local market realities. This position reports to the VP, Global Market Access and Pricing.Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule.
