The Debt Collector will be responsible for contacting debtors to collect payments on overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Additional responsibilities include using computer systems to research and update account information, following up on payment schedules, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.QualificationsProficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection practices with the ability to negotiate and resolve outstanding accounts effectively.Strong Communication skills, including active listening, clear and persuasive speech, and a customer-focused approach.Computer Literacy skills to navigate software systems, update account records, and maintain accurate documentation.Basic understanding of Finance principles and related best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
