Job Description Title: AssemblerLocation: San Jose, CA 95138Duration: 06+ months (with possible of extension)Shift: Swing Shift: 3:30pm - 12amPay Rate: $22.00/hr. All US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible for the Subco Bonus Program: $3kAll potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance.• $1k at 60 days• $1k at 90 days** to get 60- and 90-day bonus, worker must have received 14-day bonus.Job Discerption:The Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and calibrating ultra-miniature components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.This role supports efficient production operations while maintaining precision, safety, and accuracy.Roles & Responsibilities:Assemble fabricated parts and components at designated workstations following product specifications and work instructions.Operate a variety of manual and semi-automated production equipment per documented work procedures.Perform specialized assembly processes such as wire bonding, gap welding, eutectic die attach, and epoxy attach (training provided as needed).Handle ultra-miniature materials which may only be visible through a microscope, requiring steady hands and precision.Perform work under a microscope for extended periods of time.Inspect components to identify defects and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.Follow established procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment. xaygatp Report production or quality issues to supervisors promptly.Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent preferred• 0–2+ years of hybrid, chip and wire, or solder assembly experience preferred• Good hand-to-eye dexterity using small hand tools to process parts• Ability to use tweezers and other small hand tools for precision work• Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day• Basic computer skills for documenting defects, reviewing drawings, and time entry• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures• Strong attention to detail and qualityWork Environment & Supervision:• Works under direct supervision with clearly defined guidelines• Limited independent judgment required; tasks are routine and structured• Reports directly to a supervisor or production managerSpecial Considerations:• Lifting up to 30 lbs.
