Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology. Professional experience reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with common measurement equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators. Professional experience troubleshooting analog, RF, and/or digital circuits, including identifying and resolving complex technical issues. Component and/or system-level troubleshooting experience, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems at multiple levels of complexity. Professional engineering experience interpreting test requirements, electrical test results, and technical data, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, with the willingness to comply with all applicable security regulations and procedures.Job DescriptionYou will be the Test Engineer Sr. for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for the overall maintenance of test equipment, software and processes.What You Will Be DoingAs a Test Engineer, you will be responsible of test procedure development, test planning and preparation, test procedure execution, coordinate system resources to support testing, support test development, integration, anomaly resolution and corrective action. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed failure analysis and identify root causes of complex technical issues. Effective communication skills, with the ability to lead presentations and clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to develop and implement root cause and corrective actions, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. Programming skills in languages such as C, C++, and/or other relevant programming languages, with the ability to apply programming principles to solve complex technical problems. Experience with National Instruments software platforms, including LabWindows CVI, TestStand, and LabView, with the ability to develop and implement automated test systems. Professional experience improving, updating and/or updating test software and equipment, as well as developing test procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
