We are looking for someone with a background in a variety of tools and technologies, and the ideal candidate will have experience in tactical, operational & strategic intelligence support with both human and technical targets. The selected candidate must have a solid understanding of technical collections and experience creating targeting packages. Our ideal candidate will be able to operate in high pressure environments and be able to manage large and small projects. Mandarin language skills are not required, but are highly desired.We are seeking a candidate who willThink critically and communicate highly complex technical information accurately and clearly while also working collaboratively in a team environmentProvide outstanding customer support in order to meet high demand requirementsDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills and interact with others to communicate processes and proceduresAct with initiative and flexibility to work both individually and in a team environment with limited oversightDemonstrate capacity to pivot and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate effective writing and oral communication skills QualificationsQualificationsMust currently hold an Active TS/SCI with PolygraphMinimum of 5 years of targeting or other ops/intel experienceMinimum of 9 years of relevant experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience can be substituted for the degreeTarget-package building experienceAdvanced experience using targeting and partner analytic toolsExperience or strong familiarity with communications infrastructureExperience working with raw unprocessed data, as well as large data setsExperience working in a Linux environmentStrong analytic, research, and investigative skills combined with ops sense, personal initiative, and technical expertiseCapability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings to technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work within an ambiguous, evolving digital environment individually and as a member of a collaborative teamDesiredKnowledge of, and experience in, the fundamentals of intelligence operations and asset validationExperience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases and specialized toolsFormal training or certification as a targeterExperience mentoring junior targeters10-15 years of relevant targeting experienceMandarin language capability Target salary range $160,001 - $200,000.
