This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and helping keep a small office running smoothly day-to-day.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Client ExperienceGreet and welcome clients in a friendly, professional mannerAnswer phones, direct calls, and manage schedulingHelp create a positive and organized client experienceOffice CoordinationMaintain office supplies and organizationHandle incoming/outgoing mail and prepare client mailingsKeep the office tidy and running efficientlyAssist with light office upkeep, including taking out trash at the end of each weekClient Support TasksSend birthday cards and occasional client giftsAssist with appointment coordination and simple follow-upsSupport the team with general administrative tasks as neededQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedComfortable multitasking in a small office environmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Prior receptionist or office experience is a plus, but not requiredHow to ApplyPlease send your resume to jennifer@mckennafinancial.comYou can also learn more about our firm at www.mckennafinancial.com
