The Head Optician will be responsible for guiding patients in selecting appropriate optical products, ensuring precision in prescriptions, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing optical equipment, laboratory, overseeing team operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized care and expertise in optics and optometry practices.Qualifications Proficiency in Optics and Optometry to ensure accurate lens prescriptions and quality control. Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to develop patient trust and deliver excellent care. Experience and knowledge in assisting patients with vision care solutions. Detail-oriented, with the ability to troubleshoot technical optical issues effectively. Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage daily operations and a team of optical staff. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members. State licensure or certification in not required by Texas law but highly recommended
