Job SummaryAs the Sales Executive, you will cultivate business relationships with both existing and prospective clients using targeted sales techniques. You will partner with Sales Management to oversee opportunities and achieve sales objectives while building strong, strategic relationships and understanding customer needs across various IT domains.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage existing and potential customers through methods such as cold calling, networking, and strategic meetings. Work with Sales Management to identify and advance sales opportunities within our pipeline to meet quarterly and annual goals. Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand and align with the business objectives and IT strategies of customers, including key stakeholders. Effectively communicate our comprehensive portfolio of data center and network infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with internal support teams to facilitate seamless sales processes. Stay updated on industry developments to enhance market presence, participating in relevant events and organizations. Drive sales initiatives by exploring refresh opportunities and maximizing margins through partner programs. Coach and guide the sales team in identifying valuable opportunities to meet revenue targets. Provide detailed monthly performance reports and business analysis to leadership, ensuring alignment with sales objectives. Key CompetenciesBusiness Development: Ability to seek new markets and foster strategic partnerships. Closing Skills: Expertise in formulating strategies to close high-value deals. Consultative Approach: Initiative in prospecting and innovating sales processes. Customer Focus: Proactive engagement with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Communication: Strong ability to convey complex information clearly. Relationship Management: Proficiency in expanding professional networks and collaborations. Negotiation Skills: Effective conflict resolution and negotiation execution. Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Flexibility: Adaptability to changing circumstances and challenges. Resilience: Ability to foresee challenges and develop effective strategies to overcome them. Preferred Qualifications3-5 years in IT sales, particularly with large enterprise clients. Familiarity with solution selling methodologies. Experience managing complex IT solutions sales. Multiple technology sales certifications preferred. Knowledge of major OEM technologies such as Microsoft, Dell/VMware, HP, Cisco, Apple, AWS, Lenovo. Understanding of emerging technologies: Cloud, Security, IoT, and Digital Workplace. Other RequirementsA Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Ability to spend over 50% of time outside of the office interacting with clients. Willingness to travel to customer sites and events. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $75,000 - $250,000, encompassing base salary and bonuses/commissions. Compensation is based on experience and market factors.
