Experience should include partnership or relationship management or similar function.Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A for any employerEstimated hiring range: $29 - $39 per hourThe JobThe Partner Coordinator will serve as US Program's liaison with ministry partners in the allocation of Storehouse resources. The Coordinator will review potential domestic ministry partners to ensure alignment with WVUS' values and ministry objectives and ensure WVUS' donated products are utilized appropriately. The Partner Coordinator is also responsible to promote volunteer opportunities within the WVUS Grand Prairie Storehouse site to community churches and organizations and provide training and oversight to volunteers.Responsibilities will includeKeep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, chapel, prayer, worship, devotions, and leadership of devotions); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within scope of role.Partner Engagement:Serve as a liaison between US Programs operations and the community in order to attract more support and to ensure that community organizations with greatest alignment to WVUS have access to World Vision's resources.Initiate and nurture partnerships with local service providers to benefit local programmatic partners.Assisting Site Manager in assessing partnership viability, assessing challenges, and making recommendations on how to work together.Strong knowledge of local community and inform US Programs and GIK leadership about critical community needs in order to inform decision making.In collaboration with USP leadership, identify, prioritize and develop an engagement strategy for new or expanded communities.Volunteer Engagement:Develop and maintain a network of faith based and/or community-based organizations, businesses, and colleges as recruitment sources for volunteers and promote volunteer opportunities.Train and oversee the work of volunteers and volunteer groups, ensuring that they are performing tasks appropriately, in a safe work environment, and in a safe manner.Track volunteer and intern usage and hours; provide monthly and year-end reports as appropriate.Ensure compliance and integrity of corporate standards and policies in the use of volunteers and interns.Work collaboratively with team members when assigned to work as a member of a team.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain awareness of corporate goals, objectives, organizational announcements, and activities.
