Construction Project Manager

With a strong pipeline of negotiated work and an impressive portfolio of ground-up commercial projects, they're looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Miami team. What You'll Be Doing As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from preconstruction through to close-out, ensuring they're delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Owners, Architects and Subcontractors while managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the project. Project Types Ground-Up Commercial Industrial Multifamily Corporate Office Mixed-Use Tenant Improvements What We're Looking For 5+ years' Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects. Stable employment history. Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, subcontract management, RFIs, submittals and change orders.
