Launch Campaign Technical Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Launch Campaign Technical Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.This role will drive the planning and execution of complex launch campaigns for a highly technical satellite communications business. You will partner closely with launch leadership, engineering, operations, logistics, and external service providers to keep schedules, readiness activities, and launch-site execution on track. The position requires strong coordination skills, disciplined tracking of risks and action items, and the ability to support critical operational reviews that help ensure launch readiness.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annuallyResponsibilities Support the Launch Director in planning and maintaining launch campaign schedules and metrics. Coordinate cross-functional campaign activities across teams and stakeholders. Monitor readiness status and identify risks that require management attention. Assist in preparations for launch readiness and operational reviews. Manage spacecraft transportation and launch-site operational tasks. Support logistics planning with service providers and vendors. Maintain action-item trackers and status reporting tools.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a STEM-related field. Minimum 5 years of program or mission management experience. Experience with LEO satellite constellations. Familiarity with mission planning and launch operations. Knowledge of launch vehicles and payload accommodations.
