Scheduler IISUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking an experiencedScheduler IIwith the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.The Senior Scheduling Engineer will provide oversight of all planning and scheduling activities.RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with site teams and trade partners to develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programsSupport supervision by monitoring and updating project schedulesAssist site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problemsAssist with proposals and pursuit schedules as neededBuild relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent fieldMinimum of two years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experienceExperience as a project engineer is desirableBasic knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company softwareBasic knowledge of standard construction practices, project sequencing, project management, contracts, and buyoutAbility to exercise creativity and mature judgment in solving problemsBasic plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skillsAbility to work in a cross-functional, collaborative, team-based environmentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to seek innovative solutionsResults-oriented to ensure delivery of accurate, complete, and timely products and servicesActive listening skills and effective communication, open to diverse input and feedbackAbility to travel may be required based on operating groupA few benefits offered include:
