We value skills and potential over specific backgrounds, and we are excited to welcome candidates from diverse experiences to apply.The Opportunity:As Sr. Manager, Operations Finance, you will lead financial planning and analysis for Operations, partnering cross-functionally to deliver insights, improve cost efficiency, and enable high-impact decisions that support business performance and customer success.Key Responsibilities:Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for Operations, ensuring accuracy and timelinessPartner with Operations leaders to translate strategy into financial insights and actionsDeliver clear, timely reporting and variance analysis to support decision-makingIdentify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining a customer-first mindsetBuild scalable financial models and dashboards to improve visibility and accountabilityDrive cross-functional collaboration across finance, supply chain, and business teamsEnsure data integrity and continuously improve finance processes and toolsWhat We Are Looking For:We value skills, experience, and potential over traditional qualifications. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
