The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps, systems integration, and modern software engineering practices, along with the ability to support the migration and modernization of legacy platforms into scalable cloud-based architectures.ResponsibilitiesLead software development efforts across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and maintenanceDesign and develop scalable software solutions using technologies such as Python, Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, C#, SQL Server, Windows Server, and LinuxSupport cloud migration initiatives and implement modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and PrometheusUtilize Jira and Confluence to support Agile project management and team collaborationProduce and maintain technical documentation including system designs, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), architecture diagrams, and operational proceduresCollaborate with engineering teams to reverse engineer legacy applications and develop UML models and modernization strategiesSupport secure communications systems and ensure compliance with operational and security requirementsResearch, prototype, and recommend improvements to system architectures and software solutionsTroubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and performance issuesEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve system efficiency, scalability, and maintainabilityRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of software engineering or full stack development experienceStrong experience with at least two of the following technologies: Python, Node.js, Angular, JavaScript, C#, SQLExperience working in Linux and Windows server environmentsExperience with cloud technologies and cloud migration initiativesExperience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with SQL and NoSQL databasesExperience with Jira, Confluence, Splunk, and diagramming/documentation toolsStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skillsExperience monitoring and supporting critical systems in secure environmentsHands-on experience with systems integration, secure systems engineering, and reverse engineeringDesired QualificationsExperience modernizing legacy applications and infrastructureExperience supporting enterprise-scale secure communications systemsFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologiesExperience developing UML models and architecture documentationStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsExperience researching and implementing emerging technologies in operational environments#CJFantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
