Program Manager to join HCL Tech in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Open Position / Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior Program Manager (10 to 15 years) with strong underwriting expertise in P&C Insurance or Auto Insurance or Life Insurance, specifically Umbrella / Excess Liability products, to lead large-scale Agile programs. This role requires a blend of underwriting domain depth + SAFe program leadership to deliver business-aligned technology solutions.Must Have Experience:Experienced Program Manager with 10 to 15yrs experience with strong Underwriting expertise within P&C (Preferred) or would accept Life insurance or Auto Insurance. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
