Job Summary: As a Line Cook at Paco's Taquería, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with Paco's Taquería recipes and standards. Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients by adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline and optimize cooking processes. Work efficiently to meet customer demands during peak hours, maintaining high-quality output. Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized. Assist in the inventory management of food supplies and notify the chef of any shortages. Adhere to Paco's Taquería's standards for portion control, presentation, and flavor. Responsabilidades: Preparar y cocinar elementos del menú de acuerdo con las recetas y estándares de Paco's Taquería. Garantizar la frescura y la calidad de los ingredientes cumpliendo con las pautas de seguridad e higiene de los alimentos. Colaborar con el equipo de cocina para agilizar y optimizar los procesos de cocción. Qualifications and Skills: Work Under Pressure: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, remaining calm and focused under pressure. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Proactive: Take initiative in anticipating kitchen needs, preparing ingredients, and contributing to a seamless workflow. Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
