Machine Operator (Forklift/Crane)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: What will you be doing? As a Machine Operator, you would be responsible for preparing and performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines/equipment. Operators control and manipulate machinery in a wide variety of fields to produce goods, make repairs, or join our systems together. Job Expectations: Fabricate edges, sides, corner radius, angles, and sink cutouts using the tools required in the process Verifies all pieces were checked, fabricated, and returned to the same cart number and checked in the tracking sheet as complete Meet daily productivity goals Verify quality of finished workpieces by inspecting, comparing to templates, and measuring their dimensions Record product and processing data on specified forms when needed Assist in minor repair and maintenance on assigned equipment Wearing all Personal Protective Equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, waterproof face mask, etc.) Assuring all work areas are cleaned and organized Desired: Experience in fabricating marble, granite, and Quartz Experience in Construction, Industrial, and Manufacturing fields Experience operating a forklift(clampsvacuum lifters) Blue Print Reading is a plus KNOWLEDGE Required: Basic knowledge in math (adding, subtracting, measurements, etc) Basic knowledge in mechanical maintenance Mechanically Incline (hand toolspower tools) Able to make priciest measurements (rulers, measuring tapes, measuring tools)
