Assist with accurate measurement of works, materials procurement with buyers, valuations and final accounts preparation. Attend project meetings, liaise professionally with clients, consultants, and residents, and manage sub-contract procurement and change control. Develop understanding of contracts, specifications, and pricing whilst demonstrating excellent time management and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
