Behavioral Health Associate - PartTime Nights

Duties: - Collect and record data on the behavior of clients in a behavioral health setting. - Implement data collection protocols and procedures as directed by supervisors. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client behavior and progress. - Analyze collected data to identify patterns and trends in client behavior. - Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to develop individualized behavior intervention plans. - Provide feedback and recommendations based on data analysis to support treatment planning and decision-making. Skills: - Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and record data. - Excellent organizational skills to maintain detailed records. - Analytical mindset to interpret collected data and identify patterns. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members. - Ability to follow protocols and procedures for data collection.
