About Inner Peak:Inner Peak is a mental wellness platform built for K-12 schools. We help students, teachers, and counselors strengthen social-emotional skills, identify needs early, and build a sustainable culture of wellness. Our work fits within the MTSS framework and is designed to feel natural inside the rhythm of a typical school day.About the Teacher Advisory Board:We are recruiting a small group of passionate middle school and high school teachers to serve on the Inner Peak Teacher Advisory Board. Board members shape the future of our platform by sharing classroom realities, reviewing product ideas before they ship, and helping us build technology that actually works for educators and students.This is a volunteer position with a light, predictable monthly commitment. Your role is to share honest perspective and help us build something better for the schools we serve.What you'll do: As a Teacher Advisory Board member, you will:•     Review new features, prototypes, and content concepts and share candid feedback•     Participate in short monthly virtual discussions with the Inner Peak product team•     Respond to brief async surveys or questions between meetings•     Help us understand how mental wellness shows up in your classroom and how technology can support, not complicate, your work•     Surface ideas, pain points, and student needs we might otherwise missTime commitment: One to three hours per month, total. Most months will include one virtual group conversation (45 to 60 minutes) plus brief async input. We respect teacher time and keep meetings tight, focused, and useful.Term: One school year, with the option to renew. You can step away at any point if your circumstances change.Who we're looking for:We are looking for middle school and high school teachers who:•     Care deeply about student mental wellness and social-emotional development•     Have an opinion about what works and what doesn’t in classroom technology•     Are comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback•     Are curious about how AI and digital tools can support (not replace) educators•     Bring perspective from any subject area or grade level, 6 through 12You do not need to be a current Inner Peak user or consider yourself a “tech person.” We want classroom voices first.What you'll get:•     Free Inner Peak access for your classes for the duration of your term•     A direct line to the team building this product, with real influence on our roadmap•     Community with other educators who share your passion for student wellness•     Recognition as a founding member of the Inner Peak Teacher Advisory BoardQuestions?
