You will develop comprehensive solution strategies that encompass architectural and IT functional changes, ensuring a balanced approach to cloud transformation. Your primary responsibilities will include: Evaluate Client Application Portfolios: Assess client application portfolios to determine the best cloud model adoption, considering technical and financial implications to inform strategic recommendations. Define Migration Strategies: Develop tailored migration strategies that minimize risk, cost, and duration while maximizing value for clients, taking into account their unique business needs and goals. Perform Technical and Financial Analyses: Conduct thorough technical and financial analyses to assess the impact of technology adoption on clients' businesses, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Determine Total Cost of Ownership: Calculate the total cost of ownership and business value for IT and its ecosystem partners, providing a comprehensive understanding of the costs and benefits associated with cloud transformation.
