Ground Care Turf Technicianplace Ripon, KeighleyRole overviewRipon Group, one of the largest John Deere dealers in the UK, is expanding its Professional Turf division to support continued growth across a wider service area covering Burnley, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield.To support this expansion, we are seeking experienced and motivated Turf / Ground Care Technicians to join our professional service team. We are looking for both mobile and depot based Technicians to deliver high‑quality diagnostics, servicing, repairs and maintenance on a wide range of commercial turf and horticultural machinery.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys problem-solving, delivers high‑quality workmanship, and wants to build a long‑term career with a leading dealership.General DutiesPerform diagnostics, service, repairs and maintenance on horticultural equipment.Perform pre-delivery set-up on new or used equipment.Complete administration tasks (including time sheets and job cards).Maintain a clean workstation at all times.Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.Participate in training programs to enhance skills and technical knowledge.The role requires you to act in a professional manner and actively promote Ripon Ground Care with positivity and integrity.Knowledge of grounds care, turf, or agricultural equipment would be preferred.A full, valid driving licence is required as you will need to drive to customers' sites and drive company vehicles.Hours of workMonday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm).Must be flexible to support with overtime to suit the business demands, this will be seasonally, evenings and weekends.
