Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.

Essential Skills:Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy Helix, Jira Service Management, Manage Engine ServiceDesk Plus, Fresh service, Strong knowledge of: JavaScript, HTML/CSSREST/SOAP APIs, SQL databases, JSON/XML
Development & Configuration
Design| develop| and customize ITSM applications and workflows.
Configure Incident| Problem| Change| Request| Asset| CMDB| and KnowledgeManagement modules
Develop forms| business rules| client scripts| UI actions| workflows| and integrations.
Create and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Build custom dashboards| reports| and performance analytics.
Integration & Automation-
Develop and support integrations using REST APIs| SOAP| web services| and middleware tools.
Automate IT operations and business processes using scripting and workflow tools.
Integrate ITSM platforms with monitoring| HR| identity management| and cloud systems.
Support DevOps and CI/CD integration initiatives.
Support & Maintenance-
Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
Perform upgrades| patch implementations| and platform maintenance.
Ensure system stability| security compliance| and optimal performance.
Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis activities.
Process Improvement
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Recommend process improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.
Document technical specifications| configurations| and support procedures.
