Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:Manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple salary levels (exempt and non-exempt) and locations (on-site and virtual) across AmericaPerform full life cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and engineering rolesDevelop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring ManagersBuild diverse talent pipelines aligned with workforce planningSource candidates using databases, social media, Boolean searches, job boards, networking, referrals, and cold callingBuild and maintain pipelines of top talent through networking and creative sourcing channelsAct as a consultant and subject matter expert to hiring managers and stakeholdersIdentify root cause solutions to complex recruiting challenges and implement effective solutionsPartner with Hiring Managers, Internship, Campus, and Talent Acquisition teams as a Diversity & Inclusion subject matter expertPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of recruiting experience (agency, corporate, or startup) Strong collaboration with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners Experience coordinating and managing interview processes Experience with ATS (Workday preferred) Proficiency in Google Suite Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills Ability to work independently in both strategic and tactical capacities Excellent written and verbal communication skills High sense of urgency, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
