Intensive In-Community Clinician

About Elevate and Evolve Wellness Center: At Elevate and Evolve, we offer a variety of counseling services to meet the unique needs of our clients, including individual therapy, behavioral assistance, parent coaching, mentoring, and bio-psychosocial assessment evaluations. Our team of clinicians specializes in services for issues such as addiction, anger management, and grief and loss. About the Job: Intensive In-Community Clinician needed to provide individualized mental health treatments to address emotional and behavioral challenges in children and youths throughout the state of NJ. Clinicians will work to elevate and evolve families to more effectively manage the home environment and maintain children within their home settings. Clinicians will prepare Individual Service Treatment Plans, and assist clients in additional clinical needs which may include, but are not limited to: referral, assessment, emergency plan development, and discharge planning. This is a Per Diem 1099 Opportunity services the homes in Essex, Monmouth, Passaic, Ocean, Middlesex, Bergen, Morris, Mercer, Somerset Counties Requirements: Licensed Social Worker(LSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) Licensed Associate Counselor(LAC) Licensed Professional Counselor(LPC) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist(AMFT) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist(LMFT) *Bilingual is a PLUS Must have the above qualifications to apply. Must have a valid NJ driver's license with privileges in good standing.
