The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and Linux administration, virtualization technologies, and user management. This role requires hands-on expertise, proactive monitoring, and a commitment to ensuring system reliability and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including patching, backups, and performance tuning.Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.Support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).Monitor system health and respond promptly to alerts and incidents.Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user access management.Participate in disaster recovery planning, documentation, and testing. Required Skills & Qualifications5 years of experience in systems administration.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (preferred).Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
