Marketing Manager
Laderach N. America is seeking an experienced Retail Marketing Manager who will assist our marketing efforts across North America (US and Canada). This role reports to the President of Laderach, North America.This is a full-time, Hybrid (4 days in office) role based in Laderach N. America’s office in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate would have proven experience in marketing initiatives within premium retail, ideally in fine food. GENERAL DUTIESMarketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and sales. Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals. Display Design: Create and maintain eye-catching displays that attract and engage customers. Product Placement: Strategically place products to maximize visibility and sales. Seasonal Themes: Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and store operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of visual merchandising plans. Training: Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques. Budget Management: Manage budgets for visual merchandising projects and ensure cost-effective solutions. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the performance of visual merchandising initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
