Job Title: Principal Sourcing SpecialistLocation: 100% Onsite – Lebanon, PATravel: 10–20% (occasional visits to other plants)Duration: 6 months (possible extension)Pay Rate: $47.00 - $49.27/hour on W2Work Environment: Office + Power Plant settingsSchedule: Standard business hoursJob OverviewThe Principal Sourcing Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end operational procurement activities, including processing purchase requests, sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing purchase orders. This role also supports complex procurement initiatives and provides mentorship to junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess purchase requisitions into purchase orders with competitive pricingIdentify and evaluate qualified suppliers; conduct RFQs and pricing analysisCommunicate with suppliers for sourcing, selection, and order fulfillmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needsCoordinate with strategic sourcing teams on agreements and sourcing opportunitiesMonitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and invoice processesMaintain and update blanket agreements and pricing termsEnsure compliance with procurement policies and proceduresSupport outage planning and project-based procurement activitiesTrack and report cost savings and performance metricsLead process improvements and procurement-related projectsMentor and guide junior procurement team membersRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma5+ years of procurement/sourcing experienceStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI)Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field)5–7 years of sourcing experience in relevant categoriesExperience with SAP systemsCPSM certification (or similar supply chain certification)Key SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyAnalytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with cross-functional teamsReporting and presentation skillsWorking ConditionsCombination of office and power plant environmentOccasional overtime based on project needsTravel required (10–20%)
