Cath Lab Tech Location: Saint Louis, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,052 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/15/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab experience as a scrub tech License: Active state license required Certifications: ARRT, BLS, CCI RCIS Must-Have: Diagnostic cardiac procedures experience Coronary stenting experience STEMI procedures experience Vascular procedures experience ICD and pacemaker experience Experience with loop recorders and carotid stenting Description: The Cath Lab Tech will work in a fast-paced environment. The schedule includes Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts. On-call duty is required every fourth weekend and once during the week. The daily caseload per tech is expected to be 12 patients. The tech must have at least 2 years of Cath Lab experience. First-timers are not accepted for this position. The candidate will need to be available for rotational on-call coverage with other staff. Block schedule accommodations are not available. Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted. Pending state license applications are accepted. Time off requests are limited to one segment per contract. The position requires experience with diagnostic cardiac procedures and pre/post-procedure recovery. Candidates should be experienced with cardiovascular equipment, including Siemens devices. The tech must maintain a sterile environment during procedures and assist in various cardiac interventions. Daily responsibilities will include scrub and circulator duties within the Cath Lab. Travel experience is preferred. Required skills include Angioplasty, Diagnostic Catheterizations, Electrophysiology Lab procedures, and more. Screening for missing required skills will be conducted. Compliance with health and safety protocols will be expected. This role is vital in providing quality care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing cardiac procedures. The Cath Lab encompasses diagnostic and interventional procedures. Candidates will work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
