With a mission to solve hiring challenges for everyone involved, PPLIED offers a streamlined and accessible experience at Pplied.com.Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at PPLIED, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end features for our hiring platform, ensuring a seamless experience for recruiters and job seekers. In this full-time remote role, you will work on both front-end and back-end components, including user interfaces, APIs, data models, and integrations. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, implement scalable solutions, and improve performance and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, testable code, reviewing pull requests, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to technical architecture decisions. You will also help optimize workflows, enhance security, and participate in continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.Note : We are hiring on behalf of our partners.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building production web applications.Hands-on experience in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Practical expertise in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Ability to write maintainable, tested code and debug complex issues across the stack.Experience with cloud-based environments or deployment pipelines (e.g., CI/CD) is beneficial.Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and comfort working in a remote, distributed team.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
