In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.What You Bring to the Table:Essential Qualifications:Responsible for the completion of a variety of tasks relating to the preparation, service, and cleanup of food to residents.Responsible for creating a clean and exceptional dining experience for our guests.Responsible for sanitation and upkeep of the kitchen areas.RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate:Ability to follow all policy, procedures and service standards.Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and safely with all service and kitchen equipment.Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.Ability to communicate effectively.Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Other QualificationsMust be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours.Must be able to walk for long periods of time.Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.6 months dietary services / cooking experience preferred.
