This role is ideal for a polished sales professional who embodies exceptional service standards, thrives in a performance-based environment, and is passionate about horology and luxury client experiences.The ideal candidate has a proven history of success in consultative or luxury retail sales, demonstrates impeccable professionalism, and excels at cultivating long-term client relationships with both local and international clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Sales ExcellenceProvide a refined, hospitality-driven client experience aligned with luxury brand standardsConduct personalized product presentations and consultative selling conversationsBuild deep product knowledge across multiple watch brands, collections, and movementsActively develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through exceptional follow-up and relationship managementSupport client outreach campaigns, private appointments, and boutique eventsDeliver an elevated shopping experience to high-value and repeat clienteleClient Relationship ManagementMaintain accurate and detailed CRM records for all client interactions, preferences, and purchase historyProactively schedule appointments, follow-ups, and after-sales communicationsUtilize phone, text, email, handwritten letters, and digital communications to nurture long-term relationshipsRepresent the boutique with professionalism and discretion at all timesOperational & Boutique ExcellenceSupport daily boutique operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory handling, and POS transactionsMaintain visual merchandising and showcase presentation standards in alignment with brand guidelinesAssist with product receiving, stock organization, pricing, and display upkeepEnsure security awareness and proper handling of high-value timepiecesContribute to team success through communication, collaboration, and accountabilityPerformance & GrowthConsistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals (monthly, quarterly, annual)Set personal sales objectives beyond standard expectations and track progress proactivelyStay informed on new collections, product launches, and horological developmentsDemonstrate a growth-mindset and commitment to ongoing learning and professional developmentRequirementsMinimum 2+ years of retail or client-facing sales experience (luxury sales preferred)Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and personal presentationComputer literacy required; CRM experience strongly preferredPassion for watches, craftsmanship, and storytelling within luxury retailAbility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commission earning potentialFull-time positionSalary DOEBenefits package including:Medical, Dental, and VisionPaid Vacation401(k)
