Host

A Host is a confident, energetic, and attentive individual accommodating and responsive to guests needs in providing the first impression for an exceptional guest experience. Requirements: Reliable Transportation Background Check Flexibility of Schedule TIPS certification (at completion of training) Qualifications: Is willing to lift and carry up to 20 lbs Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to train individuals Learner/Coachable Responsibilities: Greets and seats guests (especially 1st time guests protocols) Maintains a timely restaurant wait list Communicates features and promotions Delivers food to tables Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of tables, dining room, and restrooms Assists in taking orders and togo guest payments when needed Performs daily opening and closing duties Communicates restaurant operational needs to managers Maintains a helpful, productive working relationship with the DMO Participates in and maintains positive relationships across FOH and BOH teams Participates in ongoing restaurant training and scheduled restaurant events Benefits: 1 free up to $10 meal per day on duty and 20% off duty OUR MISSION: To spread our love and passion for what we do one meal, one laughter, one experience, and one neighborhood at a time.
