Build Your Career.Kingdom Roofing Systems is hiring a Field Technician to support our production team across roofing, siding, and exterior construction projects.This is a hands-on role for someone with construction or roofing experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working on a variety of projects. You'll be troubleshooting issues, completing repairs, and supporting job sites to ensure quality work and satisfied customers.What You'll DoPerform repairs and service work on roofing, siding, and exterior systemsAssist with troubleshooting issues in the field and help resolve jobsite challengesSupport active job sites to ensure quality and customer satisfactionWork on a variety of materials, including:ShinglesVinyl sidingHardie (fiber cement)Single-ply roofing systems (TPO/EPDM/PVC)Respond to service calls and occasional emergency repairsTake photos and document work in CRM systemsCommunicate with Project Advisors, Production Managers, and customersFollow all safety guidelines and company standardsMaintain company vehicle and toolsWhat We're Looking For24+ years of experience in construction, roofing, or exterior tradesBasic to intermediate knowledge of roofing and/or siding systemsWillingness to learn and develop additional skills across multiple tradesStrong work ethic and ability to work independently in the fieldGood communication and customer service skillsOrganized and detail-orientedComfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditionsValid driver's licensePay & Benefits$60,000 $70,000 annual salary (based on experience)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off + holidaysOpportunity to grow into Senior Field Technician or Site Superintendent rolesAbout Kingdom Roofing SystemsSince 2011, Kingdom Roofing Systems has been a trusted name in Central Indiana, known as Indiana's Safest Choice for roofing, siding, and gutters.
