Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Burger King Shift SupervisorOversee daily operations of a Burger King shift, ensuring smooth service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience, while leading and motivating a team.Supervise and train team members on Burger King policies and procedures, including food preparation, safety, and customer service.Manage cash handling, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions, and reconciling daily sales.Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain adequate stock.Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.Delegate tasks and manage workflow to optimize efficiency during busy periods.Perform administrative duties such as completing shift reports and monitoring labor costs.Assist with food preparation, order taking, and other operational tasks as needed.Enforce company policies and procedures among staff.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Excellent customer service skills.Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.Onvo is an equal opportunity employer.
