Key Responsibilities: *Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service goals. *Drive store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service. *Implement strategies to increase sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve store performance. *Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
