Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Public Works & Local Infrastructure - Richardson, TX!Halff has an opening for a Public Works Civil Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to be our Project Manager with our Public Works & Local Infrastructure team based out of our Richardson, TX location. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in municipal roadway, drainage, and water & wastewater utility design, with 3 years of project management experience. This position requires strong design experience and project manager skills.
